Agenda will include: reports from Directors / Officers; appointment of Mgt Committee, Directors, Officers, etc; proposals (if any) to amend Byelaws; other proposals (if any); AOB at the discretion of the Chairman. Notice of proposals to nominate Directors or to amend Byelaws must be received in writing by the Secretary not less than 14 days before the meeting and must comply with the Articles of Association. Notice of proposals to move a special resolution must be received in writing by the Secretary not less than 28 days before the meeting. Consult the Secretary if necessary. Firm bookings 2 weeks in advance are required for boat trips and the dinner and members will be responsible for costs associated with such bookings.
Competition scene. Members interested in entering WSTAA International trials (adults, juniors, disabled and ladies) should contact the Secretary as soon as possible.
